Facts: Casiano Hombria filed a Complaint .for the recovery of a parcel of land against his lessees, spouses Docena. The spouses claimed ownership of the land based on occupation since time immemorial. Trial court ruled in favor of the spouses. On appeal, CA reversed the judgment and ordered the spouses to vacate the land.

Hombria filed a Motion for Execution. The motion was granted.

Spouses filed a Motion to Set Aside or Defer the Implementation of Writ of Demolition. This motion was denied.

Ang vs CA

RUSTAN ANG y PASCUA, Petitioner, vs. COURT OF APPEALS and IRISH SAGUD, Respondents.

Facts: Irish Sagud and Rustan were classmates at Wesleyan University in Aurora. They became “on-and-off” sweethearts towards the end of 2004. Irish learned that Rustan had taken a live-in partner (now his wife), whom he had gotten pregnant. Irish broke up with Rustan.

Before Rustan got married, he tried to convince Irish to elope with him. Irish rejected the proposal. Irish changed her cellphone number but Rustan managed to get hold of it and sent her text messages. Rustan used two cellphone numbers. Irish to ask him to leave her alone.

Irish received a multimedia message service (MMS) a picture of a naked woman with spread legs and with Irish’s face superimposed on the figure. The sender was 0921-8084768, one of the numbers that Rustan used.

Crowning Glory

This, for most people, is the hair. I think it is evident at this generation where every street has a salon offering the best and cheapest hair - ,spa, re-bonding, cellophane, straightening, relax etc. Even the shampoo manufacturers have adjusted their products to the "needs" of the present generation.

An Analysis of CyberCrime Bills (House Bill 6794 and Senate Bill 3177)

Introduction

Technology assists us in most of our activities. It became necessity to some, especially to those of the younger generation. Students, or should I say, their parents have spent a lot to buy the various gadgets. In the University where I work, I observed that most of the students have with them their own laptops or notebooks. They also have the latest cellular phone models and mp4 players or ipod.

I remember the first time I have a computer subject was when I was in grade 6, which was in 1993. The ratio of computer to students that time, at least in our school, was one is to eight. Most of us were even afraid of having hands on exercise because we might cause damage to the computer and I believe it was really expensive that time.

During the 90s, some of the products of technology which I had or used was Nintendo family computer, pager, pay phone which uses a card, and during the late 90s, the nokia 5110. Today, technology indeed has changed a lot. From the Nintendo family computer, to sega genesis console, to play station and game boy, now, I am not even familiar with the xbox and Wii. I even got tired of updating myself of the latest cellular phone especially nokia, which most of the people I know refer to as a “disposable” cellular phone.

Grabe, last post ko pala is nung April pa. Madami dami na rin namang nangyari sa buhay ko. May, i went to Mercedes, Camarines Norte with my friends from law school. Then before mag end ang May, Mangaholix sa SMX. Ako ang photographer ni Spinelsun. Mag start na ko maghandle ng talent (hahaha). Then June, wah.... pasukan na naman. Nakakatamad, sobra pero sige pa rin, pasok. July na ngayon pero vacation mode pa rin ako. Nagprelims na nga kami, at nakakapagsisi, nahirapan kasi ako. Haaaay.... Eiga Sai '08 na! 3 pa lang napanood ko, Unmei ja nai Hito, Kurutta Kajitsu at Linda Linda Linda.

Sagada Adventure

Me and my law school friends went to Sagada, Mt. Province last holy week. We left Victory Pasay Terminal, wednesday night, around 11:30 and arrived at Baguio at about 6 in the morning. We decided first to buy our ticket for manila. Then we left the terminal and had breakfast at Chowking, session road. Aftter our breakfast, we went straight to the bus terminal beside the center mall. We had a hard time getting a ticket for Sagada, but then, there happens to be a Divine Intervention. We left at 10am, which was the last trip that day, and arrived at Sagada at 5pm. We head strait to Lumbag's residence. We rest and dine and prepare for the next day's big adventure. here, the pictures speak for itself.

Reunion

College reunion part 2. Grabe, hindi ko inexpect na matutuloy. I asked Mel to set our second reunion. Sa sobrang galing nya, ibinalik sa akin. I obliged myself to organize. I think I started inviting my blockmates on the second week of January. I set it on February 3, Sunday around 5pm. I reserved a table for 15 or more people at Dencio's metrowalk. I never expected to see more than 20 of them. But i missed my friends who were at different countries. I just hope we can have our third reunion with them. We talked about life, work, family. Some are already married and two just got recently married. We stayed up to 12 mn, and keep on updating each other. Then we had coffee at Starbucks, where else. As early as today, they are asking me to plan for another get together this coming summer. I hope everyone's ok with the idea. Some of us already have plans this coming holy week. It will be an out of town escapade. I am so happy that we remained friends. I'm looking forward to more get together. Carpe Diem!

CYRUS

I'm not really a basketball fan. I remember when i was in grade school, the popular team was San Miguel and i believe they are 'till now. My father have pictures of the senior players of San Miguel when they had a game in BSP. I do watch PBA when I have time. During my high school days, i cheered for Alaska. Also, during those four years in HS, UST was the UAAP Champ.

When it was finally my turn to cheer for the Tigers as a Thomasian, it seems that everything went wrong, no more championships for them, except for the Salinggawi dancers for the cheering competition.

One player i love is CYRUS BAGUIO who is now playing for Red Bull. I watched the semis last night and remembered the feeling of excitement in every shot he gave. They won and hopefully they will beat San Miguel for them to enter the championship. I never got a chance to ask for his autograph when i was still in college. Now, i don't think i'll be able to have it. The only player i asked for an autograph, not for my self but for my good friend CA - emerson oreta! Hopefully CA still have that notebook where oreta signed - happy birthday CA, Emerson Oreta #18 - even if it was not her birthday.
